Electronic Media Assembly

The purpose of this message is to remind you that according to the amendments made to certain articles of the General Law of Commercial Companies, all Mexican companies will be able to hold meetings through electronic, optical and/or any other technology media.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is important to consider that only the Companies whose by-laws provide for the holding of Meetings through said means may hold the meetings in accordance with the new modality, otherwise they must continue to comply with the by-laws for the holding of ordinary/extraordinary shareholders and board meetings.

In case you would like to incorporate the above-mentioned dispositions, GLZ Abogados may analyze, carry out and prepare the Meeting and/or documents that are required for its update, or in its case advise it, prior authorization and communication between the parties.
