On August 26, 2024, it was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation The”Agreement issuing the Declaration of Validity of the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures in Mexico City, derived from the request made by the Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Justice and the Judicial Council of the Judiciary of the Judiciary of Mexico City” As of December 1, 2024, the National Code of Civil and Family Procedures (hereinafter, the “CNPCF”) will enter into force in Mexico City, initially applying to certain procedures, which are detailed below. Procedures not included in this first phase will take effect in a phased manner at later dates.
