Today, the annual letter was published in the Official Gazette of the Federation by means of which the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) authorizes the National Water Commission (CONAGUA) the fees for the determination and payment of the guarantee fee, to suspend the expiration of volumes of water granted through concessions.
Given the recent CONAGUA policies and the scarcity of this resource at certain periods of the year, it is very important that the concession holders do not miss the deadlines granted by law to make the payment or present any other reason for interrupting the expiry date, since otherwise the quantities of water they can use in accordance with their concession will be reduced.
