José Alberto is an outstanding lawyer in insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy litigation. He began his career at Román Abogados, S.C., handling civil, commercial and administrative litigation. Later, he served as Legal Coordinator at Grupo Modelo, S.A.B. DE C.V., supervising litigation and arbitration. He then spent six years at White & Case, S.C., specializing in complex litigation representing banking institutions and technology companies.
José Alberto has been recognized for his ability to address litigation before state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. Its focus is on insolvency, commercial bankruptcy and domestic arbitrations. José Alberto has a postgraduate degree in Civil Contracts from the Universidad Iberoamericana, as well as one in Obligations and Civil Contracts from the Free School of Law.
