With an outstanding career in the legal field, Marco Antonio has been a protagonist in some of the most important legal milestones in Mexico. In particular, he was a pioneer in the defense of collective actions, leading one of the first lawsuits of this type in the country and currently leading the formation of a Civil Association that represents communities effectively and in accordance with the law.
His expertise covers various fields, being recognized especially in the area of “product liability” where he has carried out important litigation that has set precedents in the Mexican legal system. In addition, as a specialist in consumer law and advertising law, he has represented large companies before regulatory authorities, highlighting their participation in litigation that has set guidelines for the determination of moral harm for legal persons.
In addition to his work with national and transnational companies, Marco Antonio has been a committed defender of the artistic and sports environment in Mexico, serving as legal representative and patron lawyer for various personalities in the field. Their pro-bono contribution is also notable, providing legal advice to charitable and disabled aid institutions, as well as legally representing one of the most emblematic museums in the country.
Marco Antonio has completed several seminars and courses to expand his legal training, including a course on Arbitration Rules at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and a seminar organized by the Mexican Bar Association on Contracting with the State. He also attended the Graduate and Specialty Law School of the Universidad Panamericana (UP), where he specialized in Civil Procedural Law, Special Judgments and Constitutional Law.
