María Alejandra became a partner at GLZ Abogados in January 2022, bringing with her an outstanding specialization in Labor Law. Previously, she held the position of labor associate at the same firm, where she led labor consulting projects, including negotiations for staff reduction, implementation of judicial and extrajudicial agreements, and the drafting of contracts and labor policies.
Before GLZ Abogados, María Alejandra worked as head of labor relations at Nestlé Mexico, where she implemented labor policies and led dismissal negotiations and labor audits. In addition, he accumulated experience in labor consulting at the Boyoli Sales Law Firm, S.C., advising on staff write-offs, employment inquiries, union negotiations and labor audits.
Her proactive approach and strategic skills have consolidated her as an expert in Labor Law in Mexico City.
María Alejandra has a law degree from the Universidad del Valle de México and has continued her training with specialties in Human Resources and Diplomas in Labor Law. It is also kept up to date with changes in the matter through refresher courses on labor reforms.
